Alum Conor Boyle Serves Up A New Answer to the Age-Old Question “What’s for Dinner?”
In October 2020, while many were still reeling from COVID-19, Conor Boyle (London, 2015-2021) set out to simplify dinner time by co-founding Plate Up, a popular meal planning, purchase, and preparation app available in the UK. The app features hundreds of recipes curated by celebrity chefs which you can select from and then seamlessly have the ingredients you need delivered to your door by your favorite supermarket. Remarkably, Conor accomplished all this while working full-time as a Senior Associate in Winston’s London office.
Half a year later, Conor decided to take the plunge and work full-time at Plate Up. Winston, however, remains connected to Conor and is rooting for him and his start-up. In fact, Winston recently hosted a shareholder reception for Plate Up.
